In a Fast World...
Our church lets you grow at your own pace. We offer a stable environment, a place for reflection and introspection, a place where you are nurtured on your own journey of faith. We believe that the Holy Spirit gives diverse gifts to believers which we use to speak and embody the Gospel in the world.
In an Extravagant World...
We are without pretense. Here you may come as you are. We are professionals and blue-collar workers, homemakers and retirees- all kinds of people. It matters not what you wear or what you drive, what matters is what's inside. In a Complex World... We believe that some of the simple things in life may be the most important and enduring- that God created humans with a need for community and that we are called to love God and neighbors as we love ourselves. Sometimes a life of faith is not easy, but we work together to make it understandable. In an Irrational World... Our world can seem like a confusing and dangerous place. Here we take comfort in acknowledging that Jesus Christ is lord of all. We are working hard to make the church a safe and fun place for people of all ages. Here,we can also struggle with what it means to live in this world. In a Mobile World... Our church is an important part of our lives - it is where we come to nurture relationships with God and with one another. Whether you are a life-long resident or will be in our area only a short time, and whether you are a life-long Christian or want to begin exploring a relationship with Christ, Ivyland Church will provide an anchor that will bring hope and connected-ness to your life and help 'root' you in a changing world.
